Today the ContekSoft team consists of 65+ employees. These include administration personnel, business analysts, project managers, software developers (currently 30), support engineers, web designers, etc. All of them are individuals with different habits and interests. However, they are united by one common goal – achieving a better quality of life through challenging but rewarding work and contributing to the company’s success.

All our employees have at least a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or other related field. Our team consists mostly of young motivated people with solid skills and an innovative mindset.

We provide our employees with all the necessary conditions and motivation for professional development and career growth. With an annual staff turnover of less than 5% we are proud of our commitment to personnel motivation.
