Currently, the staff of ContekSoft is 65+ employees. Half of it is developers. In addition, we hire 10-15 of the best local IT professionals on a part-time basis.

| How will I be able to control the development process? How will I communicate with the development team? |
During the project's lifecycle we communicate to customer using e-mail, phone/skype, fax, ICQ or MSN. We use web-based project tracking tools such as Mantis or Bugzilla. We invite our customers to Tomsk to learn more about ContekSoft and control the project onsite. At long-term projects it's necessary to visit remote team at least twice a year.

Yes, we have standard forms of NDA and Software Development Agreement. We are flexible and ready to discuss your terms as well.

We try to shift the working time and schedule of both the project manager and the development team so as to closer match our customer’s time zone.

We usually sign an NDA with our customers before starting a project. The highest level of confidentiality is clearly defined in such Agreements. The trust of our clients is one of our top priorities.
